• Oversee all day-to-day site operations from project kickoff through completion.
• Manage subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to ensure efficient project execution.
• Develop and maintain construction schedules, ensuring milestones are achieved.
• Coordinate site activities with project managers, clients, architects, and consultants.
• Enforce site safety standards and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company policies.
• Conduct site inspections and quality control reviews to maintain project standards.
• Identify and resolve construction issues proactively to minimize delays and disruptions.
• Manage site logistics, material deliveries, manpower planning, and workflow coordination.
• Lead project meetings and provide regular progress updates to internal and external stakeholders.
• Support project closeout activities, punch list completion, and final turnover documentation.
