Job Description

Manage all phases of commercial construction projects from planning through completion
Oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and project execution to ensure successful delivery
Collaborate closely with clients, design teams, and internal stakeholders
Lead preconstruction efforts including estimating, planning, and value engineering
Ensure quality, safety, and compliance standards are consistently met
Drive communication across project teams and maintain strong client relationships

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
5-15 years of experience in commercial construction project management
Background working with a General Contractor
Proven experience managing projects in the $10M-$200M+ range
Experience in education, healthcare, or science/technology projects preferred (not required)
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
