Job Description



Responsibilities Include:

  • Lead daily on-site construction activities from project startup through final completion
  • Manage and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, and field personnel
  • Drive project schedules and ensure critical milestones are achieved
  • Oversee installation and coordination of complex mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems
  • Ensure compliance with all safety procedures, company policies, and OSHA regulations
  • Conduct daily huddles, coordination meetings, and subcontractor planning sessions
  • Monitor quality standards and ensure work is completed according to plans and specifications
  • Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, owners, consultants, and commissioning teams
  • Maintain detailed project documentation including daily reports, inspections, and work progress updates
  • Identify project risks and proactively resolve field challenges before they impact schedule or productivity
  • Manage site logistics, material deliveries, equipment utilization, and workforce planning
  • Review drawings, specifications, RFIs, and project documentation to ensure field teams have the information needed for success
  • Support project commissioning activities and turnover requirements
  • Mentor assistant superintendents and field engineers while fostering a culture of accountability and excellence

The Successful Applicant



Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Superintendent experience within commercial construction
  • Prior experience delivering mission critical, data center, industrial, advanced manufacturing, healthcare, or similarly complex projects preferred
  • Strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, and field operations
  • Experience coordinating multiple trades on fast-paced construction projects
  • Knowledge of MEP systems, commissioning processes, and mission critical infrastructure
  • Proven ability to maintain project schedules while delivering quality workmanship
  • Strong understanding of safety programs, OSHA regulations, and jobsite best practices
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project documents
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Proficiency with construction technology and project management software
