Employees benefit from a team-first culture where leadership is accessible, professional development is encouraged, and high performers have clear opportunities for advancement.With a robust backlog of work and an impressive portfolio of projects, this organization offers both stability and career growth while maintaining a strong focus on employee well-being, safety, and continuous improvement.Job DescriptionResponsibilities Include:Lead daily on-site construction activities from project startup through final completionManage and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, and field personnelDrive project schedules and ensure critical milestones are achievedOversee installation and coordination of complex mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systemsEnsure compliance with all safety procedures, company policies, and OSHA regulationsConduct daily huddles, coordination meetings, and subcontractor planning sessionsMonitor quality standards and ensure work is completed according to plans and specificationsCollaborate closely with project managers, engineers, owners, consultants, and commissioning teamsMaintain detailed project documentation including daily reports, inspections, and work progress updatesIdentify project risks and proactively resolve field challenges before they impact schedule or productivityManage site logistics, material deliveries, equipment utilization, and workforce planningReview drawings, specifications, RFIs, and project documentation to ensure field teams have the information needed for successSupport project commissioning activities and turnover requirementsMentor assistant superintendents and field engineers while fostering a culture of accountability and excellenceMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
