Job Description

  • Oversee daily field operations from project groundbreaking through completion.
  • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and onsite personnel.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules while ensuring milestone deadlines are met.
  • Conduct site meetings and communicate project progress to stakeholders.
  • Ensure strict compliance with safety standards and company policies.
  • Coordinate inspections and maintain quality control throughout construction.
  • Review construction documents and proactively resolve field challenges.
  • Work closely with Project Managers to maintain budget and schedule objectives.
  • Foster positive relationships with owners, architects, and subcontractors.

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of Superintendent experience with a General Contractor.
  • Proven experience leading ground-up K-12, church, and/or entertainment projects.
  • Strong understanding of construction means and methods, scheduling, and site logistics.
  • Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and maintain project momentum.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and quality control procedures.
  • Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar construction management software preferred.
