• Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities on-site, ensuring compliance with project plans and safety standards.
• Manage and direct a team of workers, providing guidance and resolving issues as they arise.
• Monitor progress and ensure project deadlines are met without compromising quality.
• Oversee the use and maintenance of tools and equipment required for concrete work.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
• Inspect completed work to ensure it meets company and client specifications.
• Maintain accurate project records, including daily reports and material usage logs.
• Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and promote a safe work environment for the team.
