With an active development pipeline and continued expansion, the company offers long-term stability and exciting opportunities to grow your construction career.Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:Assist the Superintendent with daily jobsite operations and project execution.Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and material deliveries.Monitor construction schedules and help ensure milestones are achieved on time.Conduct daily site walks to verify quality, safety, and production standards.Support project documentation, reporting, and progress tracking.Help manage punch list completion and project closeout activities.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe construction site.Communicate effectively with project managers, subcontractors, inspectors, and ownership groups.Proactively identify and resolve field issues before they impact schedule or quality.Enforce company safety standards and ensure compliance across all trades.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
