Job Description

  • Assist in managing daily onsite construction activities
  • Coordinate subcontractors, deliveries, and site logistics
  • Support scheduling and sequencing of trades
  • Maintain safety, quality, and jobsite organization
  • Participate in subcontractor meetings and daily huddles
  • Track project progress and report updates to leadership
  • Support documentation, inspections, and punch list activities

The Successful Applicant

A successful Multifamily Assistant Superintendent should have:

  • 2-5 years of construction experience (multifamily preferred)
  • Exposure to ground-up apartment or mixed-use projects
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, field-driven environment
  • Interest in long-term career growth into a Superintendent role
  • Stable work history with solid tenure preferred
