Due to a growing project portfolio, they are seeking an experienced Multifamily Superintendent to help lead the successful execution of upcoming projects.Job DescriptionThe Multifamily Construction Superintendent will:Oversee all field operations from groundbreaking through project completionLead subcontractors and field personnel to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to scheduleConduct regular meetings with subcontractors to review project progress, upcoming activities, and delivery schedulesIdentify and resolve design deficiencies, scheduling conflicts, and construction challenges before they impact the projectMaintain project schedules and coordinate daily field activitiesEnforce safety protocols to ensure the jobsite consistently meets or exceeds OSHA standardsMonitor workmanship and administer quality control procedures throughout constructionMaintain project documentation including daily reports, RFI logs, change order logs, and submittal trackingCoordinate inspections and ensure compliance with local building codes and project requirementsCommunicate effectively with owners, architects, project managers, construction managers, and subcontractors to drive project successFoster a positive and productive jobsite culture while maintaining accountability across the project teamMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
