The Lead Superintendent will oversee all field operations for large-scale ground-up multifamily developments in the Charleston market. This individual will be responsible for managing project schedules, subcontractors, safety, quality control, site logistics, and overall project execution from groundbreaking through final turnover.

Job Description

  • Lead and manage all on-site construction activities for multifamily projects.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain project timelines.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues that may arise.
  • Review and interpret project plans, specifications, and contracts.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure workmanship meets quality standards.
  • Communicate effectively with project stakeholders and provide regular updates.
  • Oversee site logistics, including scheduling and resource allocation.
