Multifamily Lead Superintendent - Raleigh, NC

• Lead all onsite construction activities across large multifamily projects
• Manage and mentor Superintendents, Assistant Supers, and field staff
• Oversee project scheduling, sequencing, and subcontractor coordination
• Ensure safety, quality control, and execution standards are met
• Coordinate with Project Management teams on budgets and timelines
• Drive project milestones from sitework through final delivery
• Lead subcontractor meetings and maintain jobsite accountability
• Resolve field challenges and ensure smooth project execution
