This role is ideal for a rising field leader looking to gain experience on large, complex multifamily builds while working under an experienced lead Superintendent.

Job Description

  • Support day-to-day jobsite operations under the Lead Superintendent
  • Coordinate subcontractors, scheduling, and project sequencing
  • Assist with execution of podium and wood-frame construction
  • Maintain safety standards and jobsite quality control
  • Participate in daily huddles and subcontractor meetings
  • Track project progress and assist with issue resolution
  • Support punch list and closeout activities

The Successful Applicant

  • Strong background in ground-up multifamily construction (required)
  • Experience with wood-frame and/or podium construction preferred
  • Exposure to large-scale projects (200+ units strongly preferred)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-driven jobsite environment
  • Stable work history with solid tenure

What's on Offer

  • Base Salary: $120K - $140K
  • Bonus: ~15% annual (paid quarterly)
  • Vehicle Allowance: ~$700/month
  • Total Comp Potential: ~$169K+
