Job Description

  • Manage and supervise daily on-site operations of construction projects.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to ensure project timelines are met.
  • Monitor project progress and address any potential delays or issues.
  • Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with regulations on-site.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and adherence to plans.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding project updates.
  • Resolve on-site conflicts to maintain productivity and efficiency.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent should have:

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience
  • Lead Superintendent on at least one, 200+ unit multifamily project
  • Must be non union
  • Experience with managing construction projects, including scheduling and budgeting.
  • Strong knowledge of construction practices and safety regulations.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate teams effectively.
  • Clear and professional communication skills.
