This individual will be responsible for managing subcontractors, maintaining project schedules, ensuring jobsite safety, and delivering a high-quality project from start to finish.

Job Description

  • Manage all onsite construction activities from mobilization through turnover
  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders
  • Maintain project schedules and sequencing of work
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
  • Conduct daily site inspections and subcontractor meetings
  • Track progress and proactively address field challenges
  • Coordinate inspections, punch-list activities, and closeout processes
  • Collaborate closely with Project Management and Operations teams
  • Maintain project documentation and daily reporting
  • Drive project completion while meeting budget and schedule goals

The Successful Applicant

Required Experience

  • Superintendent experience on multifamily projects
  • Ground-up construction experience
  • Ability to manage projects independently
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Experience coordinating multiple subcontractors and trades



Preferred Qualifications

  • Podium or large-scale multifamily experience
  • Wood-frame construction experience
  • Strong scheduling and quality control background
