Job Description

  • Assist or lead daily onsite construction activities on multifamily projects
  • Coordinate subcontractors, scheduling, and jobsite logistics
  • Work closely with PMs to maintain and execute project schedule
  • Utilize Procore and Bluebeam for documentation and communication
  • Maintain safety, quality, and jobsite organization standards
  • Participate in subcontractor meetings and site coordination
  • Support conflict resolution and ensure professional jobsite environment
  • Travel regionally across NC, SC, and VA as required

The Successful Applicant

A successful Multifamily Assistant Superintendent should have:

  • 3+ years of multifamily construction experience
  • Experience with garden-style, wrap, or podium builds required
  • Strong scheduling and coordination skills
  • Familiarity with Procore and Bluebeam preferred
  • Experience with light structural systems (wood frame / similar) preferred
  • Stable work history with strong tenure (no job hopping)
  • Professional demeanor with strong leadership and communication skills
  • Willingness to travel regionally and commit long-term
