Job Description

  • Manage daily on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders to maintain efficiency and quality.
  • Oversee the safety of all personnel on-site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Review project plans and blueprints to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
  • Monitor and report on project progress to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
  • Ensure high-quality standards are met throughout all phases of the construction project.
  • Travel within the Carolinas as required to oversee multiple projects.
