If you are looking for a stable organization that offers career advancement, work-life balance, and the opportunity to oversee impactful multifamily projects, this could be the ideal fit.Job DescriptionThe Multifamily Construction Superintendent will:Lead all on-site construction activities from project start through completionProactively identify and resolve design deficiencies, scheduling concerns, and field-related challengesCommunicate and interpret project scope to subcontractors and field personnelConduct preconstruction and coordination meetings prior to each phase of workCreate, maintain, and update project production schedulesReview and assist in developing scopes of work for subcontractorsAdminister and enforce the project's Quality Control programReview project progress and coordinate subcontractors to maintain schedule objectivesEnforce safety protocols and ensure jobsite compliance with OSHA standardsSupervise and evaluate field staff while maintaining a positive and productive work environmentMaintain project documentation, including daily reports, RFIs, submittals, and change ordersCoordinate with Project Managers, owners, architects, engineers, and consultants to achieve project milestonesEnsure projects are completed safely, on time, and in accordance with plans and specificationsMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
