Job Description

  • Coordinate daily site activities for multifamily construction projects to maintain steady progress.
  • Monitor work completed by subcontractors and address site issues as they arise.
  • Review project schedules and organise site activities to support planned delivery dates.
  • Maintain safe and orderly job sites through regular site inspections and clear work planning.
  • Track materials, equipment, and site access needs to reduce delays in construction work.
  • Communicate project updates with internal teams, subcontractors, and relevant project contacts.
  • Review completed work against project plans and quality requirements before moving to the next phase.
  • Keep accurate site records, including daily progress, deliveries, and outstanding items.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Multifamily Superintendent should have:

  • Experience coordinating on-site multifamily construction activities.
  • Ability to read and work from construction plans and project schedules.
  • Experience overseeing subcontractor activity and site coordination.
  • Knowledge of construction site safety practices and inspection routines.
  • Ability to manage materials, equipment, and daily site priorities.
  • Clear communication skills for working with project teams and trade partners.
