Founded nearly 25 years ago by family members with a background in construction, the company has evolved into a respected multifamily developer focused on delivering large-scale apartment communities throughout the region.Job DescriptionSite Supervision: Lead all on-site construction activities for a ground-up multifamily development from groundbreaking through final turnover.Schedule Management: Manage day-to-day field operations, ensuring the project remains on schedule, within budget, and meets quality standards.Team Leadership: Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and utility providers throughout the construction lifecycle.Safety Compliance: Oversee site logistics, sequencing, safety compliance, and productivity of all trades.Quality Control: Ensure all work complies with project specifications, building codes, and safety regulations.Documentation: Maintain detailed project documentation, daily reports, punch lists, and progress updates.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
