Michael Page is hiring for a lead superintendent role in the multifamily construction industry, based in Denver.

Job Description

  • Supervise all on-site construction activities for multifamily projects in Denver.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and project managers to ensure timely project completion.
  • Monitor project schedules and budgets to ensure compliance with set goals.
  • Enforce safety protocols and ensure all work adheres to building codes and regulations.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and address any issues promptly.
  • Communicate progress updates and potential challenges to stakeholders effectively.
  • Manage material deliveries and inventory on-site.
  • Resolve on-site conflicts and make real-time decisions to keep projects on track.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Multifamily Superintendent should have:

  • 10+ years of experience with multifamily construction projects.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to manage teams effectively.
  • Knowledge of construction safety standards and building codes.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and construction documents.
  • Ability to solve problems and make decisions under tight deadlines.
