Multifamily Superintendent - Ground Up Construction

The The Multifamily Superintendent - Ground Up Construction will be responsible for the following

• Capeable of building large scale multimillion dollar ground up multifamily builds
• Manage all on-site construction activities, including scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and project specifications.
• Oversee quality control processes to guarantee the highest construction standards.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to address challenges and deliver projects on time.
• Communicate progress updates to stakeholders and resolve issues as they arise.
• Monitor budgets and timelines, making necessary adjustments to meet project goals.
• Conduct site inspections to maintain adherence to project plans and safety protocols.
• Lead and mentor on-site teams to foster a productive and positive working environment.
