Field Operations Leadership

• Lead all onsite construction activities from groundbreaking through project completion
• Manage daily jobsite operations and subcontractor coordination
• Maintain project schedule and milestone deadlines
• Coordinate manpower and trade sequencing

Construction Execution

• Oversee extensive sitework operations
• Manage slab-on-grade and podium concrete construction activities
• Direct multi-story wood-frame construction
• Monitor productivity and project progress
• Ensure project quality meets company standards

Team Management

• Supervise and mentor Assistant Superintendents
• Lead subcontractor meetings
• Coordinate closely with Project Management staff
• Foster accountability across all trades

Safety & Quality Control

• Enforce company safety policies and procedures
• Conduct safety meetings and inspections
• Coordinate inspections and punch-list activities
• Ensure compliance with all project specifications
