Most projects are located throughout Northern Virginia, with additional work in Washington, DC and Maryland.Backed by experienced leadership and a strong reputation for client service, the company is positioned for continued growth with several notable projects currently in preconstruction and development.Job DescriptionThe Multifamily Superintendent - Tight Knit Team - NoVA will be responsible for:Overseeing daily on-site construction activities from mobilization through project closeout.Managing subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to maintain schedule, productivity, and coordination.Coordinating construction sequencing including wood framing, MEP rough-ins, and interior/exterior finishes.Assisting a Lead Superintendent on larger-scale projects and contribute to planning, logistics, and execution.Enforcing job site safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA standards and local building codes.Monitoring schedules, budgets, and field reports; proactively resolve conflicts and delays.Conducting inspections to ensure work meets drawings, specifications, and quality standards.Leading coordination meetings and maintain communication with project management and ownership.Maintaining accurate documentation including daily reports, RFIs, submittals, and punch listsMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
