Job Description

  • Support the Lead Superintendent in managing daily field operations
  • Coordinate subcontractors and trade partners
  • Monitor project schedules and assist with milestone tracking
  • Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and company standards
  • Conduct quality inspections and verify work is completed according to plans and specifications
  • Coordinate inspections with local authorities and consultants
  • Assist with project logistics, deliveries, and site organization
  • Maintain project documentation and field reporting
  • Help manage punch list and closeout activities
  • Foster strong relationships with subcontractors, consultants, and project stakeholders

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience as an Assistant Superintendent or Superintendent on large-scale multifamily projects
  • Strong ground-up wood-frame multifamily construction experience required
  • Experience with podium-style construction preferred
  • Knowledge of scheduling, sequencing, quality control, and safety practices
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced multifamily construction environment
  • Experience coordinating multiple subcontractors and trades
  • Stable work history and desire for long-term growth
