They have built a strong reputation for quality craftsmanship, collaborative project delivery, and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, subcontractors, and employees.Job DescriptionManage all daily field operations on multifamily construction projects.Develop, maintain, and enforce project schedules in collaboration with the Project Manager.Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel to ensure efficient workflow.Ensure all work is completed in accordance with project plans, specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.Conduct regular site inspections and proactively resolve field issues.Lead subcontractor meetings, safety meetings, and daily planning sessions.Monitor project milestones and maintain accurate daily reports and project documentation.Coordinate inspections, punch list completion, certificate of occupancy requirements, and project turnover.Promote a culture of safety while ensuring compliance with OSHA standards and company policies.Build positive working relationships with owners, consultants, inspectors, and project stakeholders.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
