Multifamily Superintendent

• Manage day-to-day construction activities for multifamily residential projects.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure project timelines are met.
• Maintain compliance with safety regulations and enforce safety protocols on site.
• Monitor project progress and address any delays or issues proactively.
• Ensure quality control standards are upheld throughout all phases of construction.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports as required.
• Oversee inspections and ensure adherence to building codes and regulations.
