Job Description

  • Supervise on-site construction activities for multifamily projects.
  • Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to maintain workflow.
  • Monitor compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Review project plans and specifications to ensure alignment with goals.
  • Resolve on-site issues efficiently to maintain project progress.
  • Communicate regularly with project managers and stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.

The Successful Applicant

  • Superintendent experience on ground-up construction projects
  • Multifamily construction experience required
  • Experience with wood-frame multifamily construction
  • Ability to independently manage field operations
  • Strong scheduling and subcontractor management skills
  • Familiarity with project management software and technology platforms
  • Previous experience on projects valued between $20M-$40M
  • Experience leading apartment, podium, wrap, or wood-frame multifamily projects
  • Openness to regional travel assignments following project completion
