About Our Client

My client is a well-established national commercial builder and developer that delivers projects across mission critical/data centers, industrial, healthcare, multifamily, mixed-use, office, and retail. They handle ground-up construction, design-build, and development projects, often taking an integrated approach from concept through completion. Right now, they're heavily investing in and growing their data center (mission critical) portfolio nationwide.

Job Description

  • Lead daily on-site operations for data center construction projects
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field teams
  • Maintain project schedules and proactively drive progress
  • Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and quality standards
  • Partner closely with project management to resolve issues and keep projects on track
  • Manage inspections, site logistics, and overall field execution

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience as a Superintendent on mission critical/data center projects
  • Strong background in ground-up commercial or industrial construction
  • Willingness and ability to travel nationwide
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage fast-track schedules and complex builds
