Job Description

  • Oversee day-to-day on-site construction operations on large-format retail projects
  • Manage subcontractors, schedules, and site logistics across multiple states
  • Drive project timelines, ensuring delivery on time and within budget
  • Maintain strong focus on safety, quality, and compliance
  • Coordinate with project managers, clients, and national retail stakeholders
  • Resolve field issues proactively to keep projects on track
  • Lead all site reporting, inspections, and closeout processes

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of Superintendent experience in commercial construction
  • Strong background in big box retail (e.g., Walmart, Costco, Home Depot, etc.)
  • Experience with ground-up builds and large-scale remodels/rollouts
  • Proven ability to travel extensively and manage projects across multiple locations
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
