The business is known for developing many of its own projects, strong field support, and a leadership team that prioritizes superintendent success and culture.

Job Description

  • Lead on-site execution of ground-up and TI projects (QSR focus)
  • Manage subcontractors, schedules, materials, and site logistics
  • Conduct walkthroughs, inspections, and quality control checks
  • Coordinate closely with PMs and senior leadership on progress
  • Oversee reporting, safety, and client-facing site communication

The Successful Applicant

A successful Traveling Superintendent should have:

  • 5+ years construction experience (QSR or retail preferred)
  • Proven experience with ground-up builds and site work
  • Strong ability to read drawings and manage scopes
  • Willingness to travel extensively across project locations
  • Clear communicator with stable employment history
