This position requires a proven track record of managing end-to-end project delivery and is based onsite in Downtown Manhattan three days per week.Lead end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution, monitoring, and successful completion of defined objectives and deliverables.Define project scope, timelines, resource requirements, budgets, and success metrics in collaboration with key stakeholders.Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and documentation, ensuring alignment with business priorities and organizational standards.Communicate project status to stakeholders, ensure quality standards are met, and conduct post-project evaluations with recommendations for continuous improvement.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. MPI encourages applications from minorities, women, the disabled, protected veterans and all other qualified applicants.The Successful Applicant5+ years of Project Management experience leading corporate office buildouts, relocations, and workplace technology initiatives; 10+ years of total PM experience neededExperience managing network infrastructure projects, including structured cabling, WAN/LAN connectivity, wireless deployments, telecommunications, and circuit coordination.Strong understanding of A/V technologies, including conference room systems, video conferencing platforms, digital signage, and meeting room integrations.Experience coordinating cross-functional teams, vendors, facilities personnel, and technology stakeholders throughout all phases of a project lifecycle.PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent Project Management certification preferredExperience within enterprise or financial services environments is highly desirable.Please note: Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship requirements.
