Job Description

  • Lead new product development programs from concept to production
  • Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
  • Work in SolidWorks or Creo to modify or create designs
  • Coordinate with customers, internal teams, and manufacturing sites
  • Evaluate manufacturability and support process optimization
  • Conduct or support FEA and Moldflow analysis
  • Manage engineering changes and communicate cost/timeline impact
  • Travel (~25%) to manufacturing sites and customer locations

The Successful Applicant

A successful New Product Engineer should have:

  • Experience with injection molding (required)
  • Proficiency in SolidWorks or Creo
  • Background in product development or NPD
  • Ability to manage projects and customer relationships
  • Experience balancing design, manufacturing, and business needs
  • Exposure to thermoset composites (preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree strongly preferred (flexible for extensive experience)
