Job Description

  • Develop and edit CMM programs using PC‑DIMS and MCOSMOS
  • Interpret engineering drawings, CAD models, and specifications to define inspection strategies
  • Select fixturing, tooling, and setups to ensure accurate, repeatable measurements
  • Review and verify inspections to ensure compliance with drawings and customer requirements
  • Perform MSA and gage R&R studies to validate measurement systems
  • Create and maintain quality documentation including control plans, inspection plans, FAI, and PPAP
  • Ensure quality documentation meets contract, customer, and regulatory requirements
  • Partner with engineering, machining, and quality teams during NPI and production
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience as a Quality Engineer in a manufacturing environment
  • 3+ years of CMM programming experience required
  • Strong GD&T knowledge and blueprint reading skills
  • Working knowledge of ISO 9001 and AS9100
  • Experience with statistical tools such as SPC or Minitab
  • Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment
