They invest heavily in quality, innovation, and employee development, creating an environment where talented professionals can make a significant impact.Job DescriptionDevelop, edit, and optimise CMM programs using PC-DMIS and MCOSMOS for precision-machined components.Interpret engineering drawings, CAD models, specifications, and technical documentation to define effective inspection strategies.Establish and utilise appropriate fixturing, tooling, and setups to ensure accurate and repeatable measurements.Perform detailed inspections and testing to verify compliance with customer requirements, drawings, and specifications.Conduct Measurement System Analysis (MSA) and Gage R&R studies to validate measurement accuracy and process capability.Create and maintain quality documentation including Control Plans, Inspection Plans, FAI packages, and PPAP submissions.Ensure quality processes and documentation comply with customer, regulatory, and internal quality standards.Collaborate with engineers, machinists, operations, and quality personnel to drive continuous improvement initiatives.Analyse quality data and identify opportunities to improve product quality, manufacturing efficiency, and process control.Maintain a safe, organised, and efficient work environment while supporting overall operational excellence.
