• Manage day-to-day construction site activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
• Supervise and direct subcontractors, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, and engineers to resolve on-site challenges effectively.
• Monitor site safety and enforce OSHA regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
• Oversee material deliveries and inventory to ensure project continuity.
• Prepare and submit daily progress reports to stakeholders.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure work aligns with project specifications and standards.
• Communicate project updates and concerns to relevant teams in a timely manner.
