Job Description

  • Lead day-to-day onsite construction operations across multiple renovation scopes
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, material deliveries, and workforce scheduling
  • Manage project schedules, milestones, and overall field execution
  • Serve as the primary onsite point of contact for clients, ownership groups, and project stakeholders
  • Monitor project budgets, purchasing, and change orders while maintaining cost control
  • Prepare weekly progress reports and maintain project documentation
  • Ensure safety, quality, and production standards are consistently met throughout the project lifecycle

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience leading large-scale construction or renovation projects
  • Prior Capital Expenditure (CapEx) project experience required
  • Experience managing projects with durations ranging from four to six months or longer
  • Strong field leadership and site management capabilities
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients, ownership groups, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders
  • Comfortable utilizing Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, scheduling software, and project reporting tools
  • Experience within multifamily renovations strongly preferred
  • Background in multifamily capital improvement projects, restoration, exterior renovations, roofing, or building envelope work is highly desirable
  • Candidates from general contractor, commercial construction, multifamily renovation, or ground-up construction backgrounds will be considered
  • Strong organizational skills, accountability, and customer-facing communication abilities
