Operational Resilience AVP/VP

• Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational resilience across the organization.
• Monitor and assess risks to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
• Conduct regular reviews and testing of operational processes to identify vulnerabilities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create and maintain business continuity plans.
• Provide guidance and training on best practices for risk management and resilience.
• Analyze data to identify trends and recommend improvements to mitigate risks.
• Prepare reports and documentation for regulatory compliance and internal stakeholders.
• Stay updated on industry developments and regulatory changes affecting operational resilience.
