Job Description

  • Oversee daily manufacturing operations and plant performance
  • Lead production, maintenance, materials, and support functions
  • Establish and track operational KPIs
  • Drive continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives
  • Develop supervisors and department leaders
  • Improve safety, quality, productivity, and delivery performance
  • Support workforce planning and staffing initiatives
  • Manage budgets and operational resources
  • Coordinate capital equipment and facility improvement projects
  • Partner with executive leadership on strategic initiatives

The Successful Applicant

A successful Operations Manager should have:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 7+ years of manufacturing leadership experience
  • Previous Operations Manager, Production Manager, or Plant Leadership experience
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations and lean principles
  • Experience managing multiple departments and teams
  • Proven ability to drive operational improvements
  • Strong financial and business acumen
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
