Job Description

  • Oversee multiple large-scale electrical construction projects
  • Lead Project Managers, Superintendents, field leadership, and supporting teams
  • Drive project performance across budget, schedule, quality, and safety
  • Work directly with owners, GCs, engineers, trade partners, and key clients
  • Manage staffing and operational planning across the Atlanta market
  • Monitor job costs, billing, project financials, and overall profitability
  • Develop and retain high-performing operations and field teams
  • Identify new market opportunities and help drive continued business growth
  • Support the successful delivery of complex mission-critical/data center electrical work

The Successful Applicant

  • Strong background in commercial electrical construction
  • Previous operations, senior project management, or comparable leadership experience
  • Data center / mission-critical electrical experience highly preferred
  • Proven experience overseeing multiple projects and project teams simultaneously
  • Strong knowledge of project financials, forecasting, scheduling, and field operations
  • Ability to develop teams and provide leadership across both project and field operations
  • Strong client-facing and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to operate strategically while remaining involved in project execution
