Job Description

  • Oversee day-to-day plant operations
  • Lead production and support departments

The Successful Applicant

A successful Operations Manager should have:

  • 5+ years of manufacturing operations leadership experience
  • Experience managing multiple departments or functional areas
  • Strong knowledge of production, safety, quality, and continuous improvement principles
  • Proven track record of driving operational performance improvements
  • Experience developing supervisors and leadership teams
  • Strong financial and business acumen



Preferred

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, or related field
  • Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma experience
  • Experience in a multi-shift manufacturing environment
  • Experience with ERP and production planning systems
  • Track record of leading plant growth and operational excellence initiatives
