Job Description

This Operations Manager will be responsible for:

  • Leading day-to-day manufacturing operations across internal production, contract manufacturing, depot repair, field assets, and facilities.
  • Driving production readiness, schedule attainment, material availability, and operational responsiveness.
  • Managing contract manufacturing relationships and performance metrics.
  • Establishing KPIs and implementing scalable operational systems and processes.
  • Improving manufacturing efficiency and strengthening supply chain coordination.
  • Ensuring compliance with ISO 13485, FDA Quality System Regulations, MDSAP, and EU MDR requirements.
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence programs.
  • Supporting production floor activities and resolving critical operational issues when needed.

The Successful Applicant

This Successful Operations Manager will have:

  • 5+ years of medical device manufacturing management experience.
  • Medical device industry background required.
  • Bachelor's degree in a scientific or technical discipline or equivalent experience.
  • Experience within ISO 13485-regulated manufacturing environments.
  • Knowledge of FDA Quality Systems, CAPA, DHF, DMR, and DHR requirements.
  • Strong leadership experience managing cross-functional operations teams.
  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement.
  • Electro-mechanical medical device experience preferred.
