Job Description

  • Lead daily operations across production and supporting departments
  • Drive KPI performance related to productivity, labor efficiency, waste, quality, and service
  • Manage and develop supervisors and operational leaders
  • Partner with maintenance and quality teams to improve plant performance
  • Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, food safety, and regulatory requirements
  • Support staffing, workforce planning, and employee development
  • Champion Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Drive accountability and execution across multiple shifts

The Successful Applicant

  • Food manufacturing experience required
  • Experience leading production and operational teams
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing KPIs and performance management
  • Knowledge of food safety, GMPs, FIFO, and traceability requirements
  • Experience driving continuous improvement initiatives
  • Demonstrated leadership capability within a fast-paced environment
  • Engineering or technical manufacturing background
  • Lean Manufacturing experience

The salary range for this role is $130,000-$170,000. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee's position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.

The successful candidate may be eligible for an annual bonus.
