Job Description

  • Lead all onsite construction activities from groundbreaking through final turnover.
  • Manage daily operations, subcontractor performance, and field personnel.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules while driving progress toward key milestones.
  • Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with company, OSHA, and project requirements.
  • Coordinate closely with Project Managers, ownership groups, consultants, and trade partners.
  • Conduct quality control inspections and proactively resolve field issues.
  • Lead project meetings and communicate progress with stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation using Procore and other construction management tools.
  • Foster a positive, productive, and accountable culture on the jobsite.

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 5+ years of Superintendent experience on ground-up multifamily construction projects.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale residential or multifamily developments.
  • Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, scheduling, and field operations.
  • Experience utilising Procore or similar project management software.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability with subcontractors and field teams.
  • Thorough understanding of site safety practices and quality control procedures.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Stable employment history and strong professional references.
