We are seeking a Data Center Superintendent to lead all onsite construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. This individual will direct field personnel and subcontractors while maintaining strong relationships with project stakeholders.

Job Description

  • Oversee daily field operations from groundbreaking through commissioning.
  • Manage project schedules, manpower planning, and site logistics.
  • Coordinate subcontractors and self-perform activities.
  • Ensure quality control and safety compliance across the project.
  • Monitor project progress and resolve field challenges proactively.
  • Manage labor, equipment, and material utilization.
  • Lead field meetings and maintain strong communication with project teams.
  • Mentor and develop field personnel

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of construction supervision experience.
  • Previous experience on data center, mission-critical, or hyperscale projects.
  • Strong MEP coordination experience.
  • Excellent leadership and team-building capabilities.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial construction means and methods.
  • Ability to travel as required.
