Known for delivering large-scale projects while maintaining a close-knit culture, the company offers employees the opportunity to work on impactful projects without getting lost in a large corporate environment.Job DescriptionManage daily field operations for commercial, industrial, and life sciences construction projects.Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and project teams to maintain safety, quality, and schedule goals.Oversee work in occupied and operational facilities with minimal disruption to ongoing operations.Conduct site meetings and maintain communication with project stakeholders.Monitor project schedules, sequencing, and field productivity.Utilize Procore and other construction management tools to manage documentation and reporting.Ensure compliance with safety requirements and company standards.Lead quality control efforts and coordinate inspections.Resolve field issues and support successful project execution.Partner with Project Managers and client representatives to drive project success.Support project turnover, punch list completion, and closeout activities.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
