As the organization continues to expand across its footprint, they are seeking a Plant Controller to support one of their key sites.In this highly visible, high-impact role, you will serve as a true finance business partner to plant leadership. You will be responsible for driving cost performance, improving inventory accuracy, and delivering financial insights that directly influence operational decision-making. This position plays a critical role in providing financial clarity, supporting strategic decisions, and helping the plant achieve strong performance.Job DescriptionManage the plant's monthly financial close process, including production reporting, manufacturing variances, and overhead cost analysis.Provide meaningful financial insights and performance analysis to help leadership make informed operational decisions.Track and report on key performance indicators, operational metrics, and plant financial results.Collaborate with site leadership to identify opportunities for cost reduction, productivity gains, and process improvements.Coordinate the annual budget process and ongoing financial forecasting for the facility.Maintain and enhance plant cost structures, including overhead allocation methodologies.Support capital investment initiatives through financial evaluation, project tracking, and return-on-investment analysis.Analyze manufacturing and production variances to improve efficiency, material utilization, and operational performance.Oversee inventory controls, physical inventory counts, account reconciliations, and product costing accuracy.Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and audit requirements while maintaining financial integrity.Identify and implement enhancements to financial reporting, systems, and business processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
