Job Description

    • Oversee all plant operations, ensuring compliance with IATF standards and company goals.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
    • Monitor and manage budgets, resources, and production schedules.
    • Ensure adherence to safety and environmental regulations within the plant.
    • Lead and mentor a team of engineering and manufacturing professionals to achieve operational excellence.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
    • Analyze performance metrics and implement corrective actions as necessary.
    • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and key stakeholders.
