Job Description

  • Lead and manage plant operations to achieve production targets and maintain quality standards.
  • Ensure compliance with IATF standards and other relevant regulations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Oversee equipment maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure safety.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and resolve issues.
  • Manage and mentor staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and report on plant performance.
  • Drive initiatives to support sustainability and environmental compliance.
