Job Description

  • Lead all day-to-day manufacturing operations
  • Drive safety, quality, delivery, and productivity performance across the facility
  • Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with company objectives
  • Manage production, maintenance, engineering, materials, and quality functions
  • Establish and monitor plant KPIs and performance metrics
  • Lead continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives
  • Develop and mentor supervisors, managers, and future leaders
  • Oversee workforce planning and staffing strategies
  • Support capital equipment investments and facility improvement projects
  • Build strong cross-functional partnerships with sales, supply chain, engineering, and executive leadership
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, environmental, and safety requirements
  • Drive accountability, engagement, and a high-performance culture throughout the facility

The Successful Applicant

A successful Plant Manager should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, or related field preferred
  • 8+ years of manufacturing leadership experience
  • Previous Plant Manager, Operations Manager, or multi-department leadership experience
  • Proven success leading manufacturing teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, and operational excellence principles
  • Experience managing budgets, forecasts, and plant financial performance
  • Demonstrated ability to improve safety, quality, productivity, and cost metrics
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
  • Experience developing and mentoring leaders
  • ERP and manufacturing systems experience preferred
