Our client is a well-established global manufacturer with a significant footprint across North America, producing precision metal-fabricated components and fastening solutions for a diverse range of industries. With a strong presence in the automotive market, the organization continues to build on its sustained growth and operational success. They are seeking an experienced Plant Operations Manager to lead site performance, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and enhance overall operational efficiency

Job Description

  • Lead day to day production operations
  • Manage all operational KPIs tied to efficiency, quality, safety, productivity, headcount and more
  • Manage site level P&L and cost reduction initiatives
  • Lead all Lean/CI projects - running with corporate directives but also finding new solutions
  • Maintain plant certifications for ISO9001 and IATF16949
  • Align plant strategy with corporate and global strategy

The Successful Applicant

  • 7+ years of manufacturing/plant leadership experience
  • Full P&L responsibility
  • Ability to lead cross functional teams
  • Career focused on Lean/CI/Process improvement
  • Ability to communicate with executive leadership on a site and global level
  • Experience with New Product Development and Introduction
  • Automotive background a plus
  • MBA/Advanced degrees a plus
